Did you know that all of our whole grains are made using wheat flour we grind ourselves? Every morning we throw a bag of our wheat berries whole into the mill and we'll later combine that with only four other ingredients to make our Honey Whole Wheat-- water, yeast, honey, and salt. Nothing tastes better than fresh bread using only the best ingredients.
Falling Back to Apples!
September is the apple season and we are so excited to bring back our apple breads! Every Tuesday and Thursday this month come on in for a hot slice (or two) of our Apple Cinnamon Swirl Bread or our Apple Crunch (pictured above)! Check out our bread schedule below to see what days are what to get your fix!

Fresh Bread Instructions
Hot bread is available at Great Harvest Summerlin starting around 9:30 AM. Loaves hot out of the oven need about 45 minutes to cool before slicing. Keep breads at room temperature (not in the fridge!). Great Harvest guarantees our breads will stay fresh for 7-10 days. Cheese Breads and Specialty Breads should be eaten or frozen within 3-4 days. All breads must be allowed to cool completely before putting in plastic bags.
